Malacca 2009 – Day 1

Nothing much had changed in Malacca, they took a year to complete half of the new wing of Dataran Pahlawan… so are Daud and his lil guesthouse, lovely as usual just that it’s airwell has got cleared up a lil bit. And yeah… water running in Sungai Melaka stinks like crazy.

Supposedly the most crazy trip I’d ever commited to. Sucked up coach services which brought us for a change, which failed because another bus is full, and left us to who-know-how by expecting us to alight on a road away from the station.

I had lunch with beer. Cendol in cold weather. Soaked wet running in the shower and trying to dry myself up in a cyber cafe belonged Fenix Inn… fever

Planned up to travel down to JB, for an afternoon and then flight to KL the Thursday night. Syok kao. At least for now.

Wondering what’s up for tomorrow, been to most of the places in the town already.

5. It’s been gloomy weather all day long, I expect another midnight rain out there later. Gonna make myself a book hermit for the weekend.

6 days behind. A rather wasted day with good start – sleeping away from rain. Books books books! Backpack backpack backpack!!!

7. Liberty is exactly a week away. A trip ahead partially confirmed. Bro returned, and a day spent indoor with cluedos. No books. No school nor uniform.

8 days behind it was depressing a day when things’d gone bad. A week left to salvage the situation to, at least not as terrible. Hence started our 1 week break until next paper. Smart…

Freedom in just 9 days away. No one knows how badly I anticipated it. So, it’s a midnight run tonight, I’ll get all the joy and rest I wanted after tomorrow’s paper… which I’m least prepared of.
